CHINCA Chairman Mr. Diao Chunhe led a delegation to Singapore to attend the 30th ASEAN Constructors Federation (ACF) Board Meeting June 14-16, and signed “CHINCA-ASEAN Memorandum of Understanding’.
Mr. Diao Chunhe and Mr. Dr. Ir. Sudarto, ACF Chairman and Chairman of Indonesian Contractors Association (ICA), respectively representing the two organizations, signed the MoU. President Mr. Andrew Khng of Singapore Contractors Association (SCAL), President Mr. Dato’ Ng Kee Leen of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), President Mr. Levy V. Espiritu of Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), President Mr. Polpat Karnasuta of Thai Contractors Association (TCA) and Vice Chairman Dr. Nguyen Truong Tien of Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors (VACC) attended the meeting and witnessed the signing ceremony.
Both sides have agreed on promotion of projects information exchange, experience sharing and financial support among China-ASEAN contractors and constructors. The signing of the MoU plays an important part in strengthening communication and cooperation of China-ASEAN contractors, promoting investment and projects contracting in not only China and ASEAN countries, but also in third countries.
