International Infrastructure Investment & Construction Forum (IIICF) initiated by China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) has been successfully held on May 11-12, 2010 in Beijing, attracting representatives of contractors/builders associations from Indonesia, Korea, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka and China. Through wide and in-depth communication, the associations unanimously agree that in post-financial-crisis era, contractors/builders associations from different countries should enhance mutual cooperation and join hands to progress infrastructure investment and economic recovery in respective countries. Against this background, the joint action plan is signed.
