Founded in April 1988 as a nationwide trade organization, CHINCA has been formed voluntarily and legally by enterprises & related organizations engaging in international project contracting, manpower service and other international economic & technical cooperation. It is a nonprofit social body with corporate status, approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation and registered with the Ministry of Civil Administration of the People's Republic of China. It is a member of China State Commission of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
