The Coordinating organizations hereafter are professional organizations in different trades or countries for the development of China’s international labor cooperation industry, operating as CHINCA branches approved by the Chinese government authorities. At present, the Coordinating Organizations contain Sino-Japan Trainee Cooperation Organization of China (SJTCOC), China Coordination Council for Overseas Seamen Employment (COSE) and Coordination Council for Fishermen Employment across the Taiwan Straits, etc. The main tasks of the Coordinating organizations are promoting communication and cooperation between their members and overseas employers as well as that between them and their foreign counterparts.
